BetexWare is a robust Linux-based Betting Exchange application that is completely scalable to meet the demands of your market.

All transaction handling, including payment processing and fraud control is based on Jumbo Corporation's existing systems and 9+ years of experience in e-commerce.

• Reports and Customer Management

While BetexWare already provides an extensive range of reports and customer management tools, including performance reports (total, by sport, by location), customer performance statistics, automatic email notifications etc. operators are able to request additional reports and tools to suit their requirements.

Regulatory and marketing reports are a core component of the BetexWare system and can be further evolved to suit any jurisdiction or marketing requirements as the need arises.

• Pooled liquidity across multiple front-ends

BetexWare can be operated in a stand alone environment where your betting pools are completely closed off to other operators or part of a combined environment where multiple operators all feed bets into a communal betting pool.

With BetexWare, the ability to support multiple front-ends not only gives you the advantage of pooled liquidity, but also the flexibility to acutely target multiple market segments. Each operator can create multiple front-end websites (targeting geographical regions, particular sport etc.), each with alternative content and sporting markets, yet still provide the flexibility of matching a 'bet' on one site, with a 'lay' on another.

Payments systems focus on identifying and controlling fraudulent transactions, while maintaining a user friendly environment that benefits both the user and the merchant.

Event Management and Support

In most cases, full event management and technical support / system maintenance is provided, allowing each betting exchange operator to focus exclusively on marketing and customer support.

BetexWare's Event Managers take care of the complete event process, including creating new events/markets, monitoring market changes and start times, suspending betting, closing the event, entering/confirming results and payment of winning 'bets' and 'lays'.

Every aspect of your customers placing and accepting bets is managed for you, however you still remain 'in the loop' at all times. All betting exchange operators receive prior notification of the events that will be covered and can nominate additional events if required.
